The hostel was conveniently located in the heart of the city, with plenty of restaurants and shopping streets nearby. It made exploring the area very easy. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with recommendations and assisting us in planning our visit. They even spoke English, which was a bonus.
The rooms lacked windows and natural light, which made them feel a bit stuffy and claustrophobic. The noise level was also an issue, as the thin walls meant that we could hear conversations and kitchen noises from the common areas.

I recently stayed at Casa Colon for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, with a safe neighborhood for walking to downtown. The staff, especially Andres at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast included delicious fruit and the room was comfortable. I also appreciated the reliable wifi and the convenient outlets in the dorms. The hotel's architectural features, like high ceilings and wood beams, added a special touch.

I had an amazing Christmas stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Plus, the location of the hotel was perfect - it was situated in a bustling area with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance. I loved being able to explore the neighborhood and experience the vibrant culture.
There were a couple of aspects that could have been improved upon. the noise levels in the hotel were quite high, making it difficult to sleep peacefully at night.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed by the comfort and cleanliness of the beds, complete with cozy fleece blankets. The dorms were spacious and only had four beds, providing a more intimate atmosphere. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.
One of the downsides of this hostel was the noise level, as it was located off the main road. The street noise could be quite disruptive at times, which affected the overall tranquility of the environment.
